Veloxis is the data controller for personal data collected via this website.

02. What information we collect

We collect a minimum of information, and only where it is necessary.

03. Purpose and legal basis

We process information for the following purposes:

  Improving the site. Anonymised visitor data is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the user experience. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

  Following up enquiries and partnerships. Information you submit via forms (contact, project enquiry, feedback or partner onboarding) is used to answer your enquiry, provide a quote and follow up on any partnership, including storage of contact and company details. Legal basis: consent and/or steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

04. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent out or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Information from the contact form is processed only by Veloxis. Vercel Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated, and is not shared further.

05. Storage and deletion

Enquiries and information you submit via forms (including partner onboarding) are retained for as long as necessary to answer them and to follow up on any client or partner relationship, after which they are deleted. We do not keep information longer than necessary.

06. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase the personal data we hold about you. You may also request restriction of processing, and you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
